The real SPF has arrested the fake police who were extorting teenagers for money

By April 11, 2017Current

TL;DR – Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.

Following up on the news of the teenagers who were caught on video collecting “donations” outside Punggol MRT Station, police officers from Ang Mo Kio Division have established the identities of the group and two suspects were arrested on 9 April 2017.

The two men, aged 17 and 18, were arrested for their suspected involvement in several cases of impersonating a public servant.

The news was first brought to the nation’s attention with the help of a video posted online by one of the victims.

Thank you SPF, for making Singapore (and our MRT stations) safe again.
