According to NTU, an ‘inspirational story’ or achievement is dependent on the family you’re born into

TL;DR – Elitism never dies.

In what looks like an email to the graduating students of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), students are asked to nominate or apply to be featured across “various communication platforms” if they have “good inspiration stories”.

Besides students who overcame great personal odds to graduate, they are also looking for those who come from elite backgrounds aka “VIP” students from important/ well-known families. Or if you’re lucky enough to be born to politicians, professors and celebrities.

We are still trying to ascertain the authenticity of this circular, but for now, here’s what the Internet thinks.
