TL;DR – Stay away from polling stations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a Travel Notice to Singaporeans travelling to Thailand.

It says that, “Thailand is conducting a referendum on its constitution on 7 August. Singaporeans should avoid political gatherings, stay away from polling stations, and follow the advice of local authorities.”

Singaporeans who need urgent consular assistance may contact the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok or the 24-hour Ministry of Foreign Affairs Duty Office:
