Music for a Cause 2018: Great Music for a Greater Cause!

By January 16, 2018Entertainment, Local Life

TL;DR – This is all for the greater good.

From ZoukOut and ULTRA, to It’s The Ship and Laneway… there are just so many music festivals in Singapore. But did you know that there is a music fest in Singapore that supports charities?

Music for a Cause is an amazing all-local music festival that gives back to the community. Back for its third edition, Music for a Cause is Singapore’s Social Cause Music Festival, which aims to raise awareness and funds for 8 social causes this year, including Care Corner, Samaritans of Singapore, Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter and St Andrews Autism Centre.

This year’s stellar line-up features some of the biggest home-grown artists including 53A, Jack and Rai, Joie Tan, Charlie Lim, Shigga Shay etc.

While music is the highlight of the show, another big draw is the food and drinks. Keep it classy with specialty craft cocktails by Concrete Cocktail Co or rough it out with beers by The 1925; and many more! The choice is yours, but the most important thing is that this is all for the greater good.

Where: Singapore Management University, Campus Green
When: 20 January, 10am – 10:30pm
