There is a new $2 shop from Japan in town

By December 26, 2017Local Life

TL;DR – Another one joins the crowd.

As if we can’t get enough of Japanese discount stores, we now have another $2 fixed-price in Singapore.

Nomi Japan from well, Japan, is the latest player in the scene and the shop at Marina Square is said to bring “quality products from Japan for consumers at very affordable price”.

The store currently stocks more than 15,000 products ranging from Japanese food, beverages, stationery, health & beauty products to home needs.

This is the store’s first outlet in Singapore and the products sold here are all from Japan. Besides the usual lifestyle products typically found at Daiso and Miniso, you can also expect to find stuff like banana hangers, omelette guides and armpit sweat pads here.

Yup, you read that right.

We’re not sure how the store will hold up against the competition, especially with Don Don Donki’s presence. But I suppose that since they don’t have snaking queues like the latter, it’s worth checking out?

Nomi Japan is at Marina Square, #02-219A.
