TL;DR – Bound to impress clients and your boss.

Being a food paradise, a great way to strengthen business ties in Singapore is over a good meal and drinks. So, if you’re looking for a restaurant with amazing dishes and impeccable service to take your clients, boss or colleagues to, here are my favourite restaurants for business dinners!

1. Neon Pigeon

For mains, I highly recommend the unique Chicken Liver Mousse with Yuzu Kosho Marmalade or the super tender Steamed Snapper with Ginger-tomato broth. If you’re up for some alcohol, then go for their signature Throw a Kyoho Fizz, which is a refreshing concoction of vodka with cucumber.
