1. FairPrice launches no-frills outlets, FairPrice Shop.
Two budget Fairprice outlets, called FairPrice Shops, have opened near homes of lower-income families, and four more will open within this year. This new retail format aims at serving budget-conscious consumers and smaller households. FairPrice Shop, which will be located near the homes of lower-income families, features a smaller but more affordable range of products, including new FairPrice house brand Value Fresh.
